Memphis Declaration

The group of Baptists who have been meeting in Memphis this week to discuss the current state of the Southern Baptist Convention and its future direction have issued what they term their “Memphis Declaration”.

For what it’s worth… I’d sign it too if given the opportunity. These Baptists have done a great job (in my opinion) of assessing our convention, bringing to attention some of our current issues, and outlining some things to focus on for the future.
