John, I agree totally with your post and I still pray this could be achieved. and I have no idea what either one of these men really are at odds about--truly. the posts are too long for me to read. I just know it is a heart-condition. And that doesn't take much to fix when one gives his heart to the great Physcian. selahV

I don't recall your proposal, but it's possible the recent one caught my eye because he has professional credentials in this area. Usually the one who has the problem with another person requests the mediation. I have none, therefore I'm not looking to initiate it, but if Mr. Corbaley seeks it, I definitely would never oppose it.

Blessings,

Wade,

I don't mean to be argumentative, but what has changed since I proposed the same to you back in February? Was there misunderstanding in regard to what I was offering to organize to help facilitate reconciliation between you?

I'm genuinely confused by this.

John,

I more than happy to submit to any conflict resolution proposed. In fat, I have already told a professional mediator who volunteered his services the same thing. The puzzling thing to me is that I have no conflict with Jerry. In spite of his initial recommendation without substantiation, in spite of being continually rebuffed when attempting to visit with him, and in spite of the most recent allegations with 153 pages of alleged substantation - which I am unashamed for any Southern Baptist to read - I have no problem with Jerry. Jerry is who he is and believes what he believes. Our purpose as a board of trustees is to get on with mission business and that is what I intend to do. If Jerry can't because of his struggle with me remaining on the board then it would seem the solution lies within Jerry.

I'm fine.

In His Grace,
